Book a Counselling Session

  • Initial consultations (15 min.) are always free.
  • Counselling sessions are 50 min., except for your first session which will be 1 hr. 20 min. to establish a comprehensive assessment of your needs and goals.

Please ensure that you have booked an initial consultation and completed your intake form before booking your first counselling session.
