Community Mental Health Resiliency Training
This interactive workshop is designed to inspire and empower peer-to-peer mental health support (peer counselling) across a wide variety of settings including workplaces, educational institutions, and community organizations.
There are multiple reasons why an individual may not seeking counselling, including financial barriers, lacking knowledge of available resources, and hesitance to confide in a stranger. Community Mental Health Resiliency Training seeks to bridge these gaps, increase the quality of interpersonal relationships, and create safer, stronger, more connected communities.
