This workshop is designed for those struggling with new grief. Together we will learn and practice techniques from breathing exercises to material-based meditations in a safe and supportive environment. By focusing on the felt sense, using breath as well as natural materials with a wide variety of stimulating textures (from rough bark to cool water to soft leaves), we will gently ground ourselves in our bodies in the present moment. Bring a notebook so you use simple techniques on your own, and share them with the people you love. Private sessions and home calls available.
