My Philosophy
None of us are supposed to go through life alone; we all need a different perspective or helping hand now and then. My goal is always to listen deeply, understand your needs and dreams, and use my diverse training, experience, and insight to support you in getting through tough times and making life more awesome.
The beginning and foundation of every therapeutic relationship must be that each life is equally valuable and important, with each of us bringing diverse experiences and insights to this world we share. In the words of the late Ram Dass, "We are all here to walk each other home." The field of psychology as such is relatively new in human history, but we have been asking about the meaning of life and how to live it since the dawn of human consciousness. It's a beautiful thing to add positivity to another person's life, and support them in achieving a greater sense of clarity, personal sovereignty, and wellness. This is my hope and goal with everyone I work with. We all experience ups and downs, yet we are also all moving forward with a new chance every day to create a different and more positive experience for ourselves and the people we love. I'm here to support you in doing that in the way that's right for you at this point in your life.
To your health, well-being, and success,
Juniper Quin, AAC
